Pastor Jessie Sunday D Delfin has been a pastor since 1987. He and his wife Sis. Arlene I Delfin led the three Church Plants in the Philippines for a period of sixteen years. They have three children namely Hannah, Elijah, and Jirah. They immigrated to the USA in April 2004. They pastored the Word of Life Church in Union City California from 2005 to 2007. During 2008 to 2016 they conducted House Churches and Bible Study Meetings in Daly City, Union City, San Mateo, and Dublin. They currently pastor the Glorious Bible Church International that holds Sunday services in Union City California. Sister Arlene studied at Bethel Bible College (Philippines). She earned her Certificate in Christian Education from Asian Theological Seminary (Philippines).
Pastor Jessie finished his Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies (BA) at Asia Pacific Theological Seminary (Baguio City, Philippines) and earned his Master of Divinity in Biblical Studies (MDiv) from and Asian Theological Seminary (Quezon City, Philippines). He completed his Master of Theology in Biblical Studies (ThM) at Gateway Seminary in Ontario California. He is currently working on his Ph.D. in Biblical Studies with a concentration in the New Testament at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas Missouri. Pastor Jessie taught Biblical Hermeneutics, Theology courses, Bible Courses and Biblical Languages at Poimen Bible School, Foursquare Bible College, and Andrew Theological Seminary from 1990 to 2003. He is an Adjunct Faculty member of Gateway Seminary in Fremont California.
